Global Organization for Gramodyog & Research & Development-India has emerged as one of the largest people based NGOs in all over India. The approach has been introduction of multifarious schemes of the organisation to serve a large section of the population.
Our approach is to have a target oriented, time bound, realistic and optimum yielding results. India has been basically agricultural occupational based country. The population presure has been increasing so much that there is hardly any possibility for new employment opportunities in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the urgent meet of our people is to diversify the means of employment. In the social sector there are many urgent needs of the people. These relate to Human Resource Development (HRD), Formal, Non-Formal Education, Vocational Training, Creation of new skill and up-gradation of old skill deserves active participation and involvement of the people, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve national target.
In the above content the approach to develop to development has been adopted by AICTE for the multidimensional development of the people of India, which includes Rashtriya Saksharta Mission Innovation Technology And Vocational Programme (RSMITVP), other Global Resource Advisors Group NGO's, Global Institute Of Innovation Technology (GIIT), Global Institute Of Vocational Education (GIVE) and All India Computer And Technical Education (AICTE).
